Fees are payable in advance, before the 2nd of every month. It is with regret that late fees (on the 3rd) will be subject to a
R 298.00 penalty. Take heed of dates over weekends. Please could you settle all fees in the morning for security reasons. Fees will increase in January of each year.
Late School pick up penalty will be R 30 will be levied for every 15 minutes or part thereof if a child is collected after 17H30. In addition to the above penalty, a further R66 will be penalty per 15 minutes or part thereof will be payable for collections after 18:00 i.e. R60+R66 if collected at 18H01
One calendar month written notice is required to remove your child from the school or an extra month’s fee will be charged.
Any notice given on the first day of October or November will not exempt you from the liability of paying December fees.
New contact details must be advised in writing to avoid problems in case of an emergency. The school can not be held liable should this not be adhered to. Attached, please find your child’s particulars and update them where necessary every term.
Please advise us if you would prefer to use direct deposits or Internet transfers, and, hand in all deposit slips.
